When does my voucher expire?
Due to Corona virus, we are extending all vouchers bought in 2018-2023 until July 2026.
When happened to Off-Road Driving, Quad Biking and Zorbing?
They closed to make way for new activities coming in 2024.
Is there a minimum age limit?
We have a minimum age of 16.
Is there a minimum group size?
You can be in a group size of 1 to 30 people. Large group sizes need to be booked well in advance.
Do we need to leave a deposit? Is there a refund if we cancel
We ask for 50% deposit, this can be refunded as long as the booking is cancelled 24 hours within the time of arrival.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, our minimum charge is £100 per group. You can still take part in
activities if there is only 1 in the group.
Is it safe?
Yes it's safe we have a 100% safety record and exceed regulations on all activities. Our staff have all the qualifications and safety tests required.
Can we take alcohol?
No one under the influence of alcohol can take part in our activities.
