You can take part in our rainbow trout fishing whatever your level of experience.

Whether you are an experienced fisher or have never touched a fishing rod in your life, our rainbow trout fishing should have you captivated.

Whilst our ponds are suited more to a beginner level, we do have yearly visits from seasoned fishers, who take near-by accommodation and spend most of the week with us.

Our 2 ponds, closely situated, are fed by a local burn. This burn links up with a very famous fishing beat on the River Spey: Delfur.

Any level of previous fishing experience

If you have no previous fishing skills, our expert ghillies will guide you step by step, to catching your very own fish. Our staff have years of experience on the Spey and teaching people of all levels of ability.

You can take your own rod and gear, but we have a vast selection of equipment for you to choose from.

Refreshments and food

The fishing hut is situated between the 2 ponds, where you can be served drinks and food if required. Food needs to be booked ahead. There is a good selection of whisky, beer and soft drinks if you would like a refreshment.

You can choose to just fish, but many of our guests add another activity to complete the experience.
